Ernie: Knicks will go home and try to close it out on Tuesday.
Meantime, crew chief David Guthrie says during live play it was judged that Josh
Hart made a legal defensive play. After post-game review, we observed that Hart
makes body contact that is more than marginal to Hardaway Jr., and a foul shoul
d have been called. Now again, we take a look.
Ernie： 尼克隊將回到主場，試圖在星期二結束系列賽。

at said that, we would be challenging it and we’d be like, “What does the leag
ue say about this?”

Kenny: Well, for me, what I think is—because if the play was the other way, we
’re going to hear what the league thinks. So if they would say, “No, he actual
ly did not get fouled because Tim Hardaway jumped into him,” and the rule is—b
ecause there are rules that change all the time. The rule is, when I remember wh
en Reggie Miller used to not get called or kicking his leg out, the new rule no
w states if Reggie puts his leg out, it’s an offensive foul. So all of a sudden
you have clarity. But what would you like to happen in this instance that’s so
controversial?
Kenny： 對我來說，如果判決是相反的，聯盟還是會出來表態。所以，如果他們說「其實Ti
m Hardaway是自己跳進去的，沒有犯規」，那這就是規則，而且規則一直在改。就像以前Re

I’d like to see another voice coming out of Secaucus that says, “Hey, that’s
a game-deciding play. I’ve looked at it, and it’s a foul.”
Ernie： 你知道我希望怎樣嗎？我希望有來自Secaucus（NBA總部回放中心）另一個聲音出
來說：「嘿，這個球決定了比賽，我看過了，這是犯規。」
Kenny: That’s what they did!
Kenny： 他們不是已經這麼做了嗎！
Ernie: AFTER the game! I’m saying, after it happens, before you say the game is
over, you say, “Hey, hey, hey, hey.” You’ve got somebody else who is sitting
there in New York who says, “Hey, this game can’t end this way. There was con
tact. There was a foul. Let’s pick it up right there.”
Ernie： 是比賽後才說啊！我意思是比賽當下，在宣布比賽結束前，有人在紐約說：「等一
下，等一下！這球有身體接觸，有犯規，不能這樣結束，從那個時間點繼續比賽。」
Kenny: If there’s no whistle, how can you make that call?

Ernie: That’s where your voice comes in.

Kenny: Actually, goaltending—the last shot—so it doesn’t—

Ernie: Yeah, well fine. I would like an “eye in the sky.” Call it whatever you
want. I want somebody to say, “You know what? The game can’t end like that.”

Barkley: And it’s very rare that one play decides wins and losses. That play de
cided wins and losses. Like, I say a turnover—like, he didn’t mean to turn tha
t ball over—or a missed free throw, that stuff happens.

Kenny: How far do you go with it? If a guy stepped out of bounds as he was drivi
ng? You know what? Like the other night—

Kenny: I think—just my opinion—I would think that if a whistle was blown, then
the “eye in the sky” could come in. But the “eye in the sky” coming back fo
r random plays across 820 games throughout the regular season and playoffs is ju
st too much to ask.
Kenny： 我覺得——只是我的看法——如果場上有吹哨，「天眼」可以介入。但如果要在常
規賽和季後賽820場比賽裡的每一個隨機回合都要求介入這樣的細節，那就太難了。
Ernie: I just think you got to get it right.
Ernie： 我只覺得，該吹對的球就要吹對。
賽後的裁判報告真的是沒比賽，以這球而言活塞真的是被偷了一場，從2-2變成1-3落後
